Gaining 20 pounds in a week is almost impossible. 10 pounds would be more realistic (with hard training and good food).

10-15 pounds is possible, but 20 pounds is a bit past the limit. after all we have to set realistic goals in life 🙂

Anadrol is the most powerful but it also comes with some of the worst side effects known to man. Acne, water retention, ball shrinkage, high blood pressure and decreases cognitive abilities 🙁

It’s a very powerful drug however everything is relative and that goes for these steroids too. If a drug is overly potent in terms of muscle building properties there will also be side effects which are just as powerful or severe.

Yea anadrol is up there, but some may argue that dianabol takes the cake 🎂
