Green tea is not bad anyhow I prefer cofee in the morning for that quick boost. Really gets me going.
Cofee all the way for me 🙂
In our town, most of the people after lunch and dinner must take green tea. It should make us perfect in our all body fitness needs.

Coffee gives a more powerful boost, but green tea does have other benefits that cant be overlooked.
