    Blue valium just works better, but I guess that comes down to personal choice.

    It all depends on the exact uses of the medication in question- For example, valium may be better for insomnia versus Xanax which is generally known as a very effective anti anxiety medication.

    Valiums has always worked the best for me, also not interested to hear other opinions about xanax being better. because its not!
