    I always been curious of how pro olympic swimmers training plan looks like. anyone knows?

    they are most likely training 6-7 hours a day, it just takes alot to get to that level and I imagine they only have time for training, eating sleeping. and….

    yes it is. we just have to respect that kind of commitment these athletes has to becoming on top of their game. not easy thats for sure

    swimmers train up to 6hours a day and they also eat alot.
